What I like most about Checkmate is the responsiveness and understanding of my concerns. There was easy scheduling by phone, got a confirmation call the day before. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed very experienced. It did cost more than I expected but I could have declined the work. The technician cleaned five rooms and two stairways. He worked hard on a bad cat spot� and said he'd come back at no cost if there were continuing problems with any of the work. He worked hard all day, for 5-6 hours. Although the cost seemed at the top end, I got exactly what I paid for. The work was very well done.
