CARPET REPAIRS
Checkmate is IICRC certified in repairs. We repair anything from cigarette burns, bleach spots, iron burns, fireplace burns, pulled rows in Berber, pad replacement for stubborn stains, pad replacement for pet damage, pad replacement for flood damage, bonded inserts (patches) for any permanent stains.
CARPET DYEING AND COLOR REPAIR
Checkmate is IICRC certified in color repairs. We can ad the manufacture dyes back into bleach spots.
RE-STRETCHING
IICRC certified in re-installation adhering to industry standards including CRI sections 104 and 105.
LEATHER CLEANING & REPAIRS
Checkmate is certified at leather cleaning & repairs. According to most manufacturers your leather should be cleaned and moisturized every 6 months to prevent cracking.
ORIENTAL RUGS
Checkmate is certified in Oriental rug cleaning. We have a 10-Step process:

PET ODOR TREATMENT
Checkmate uses the latest in science and technology for strong odors. The products we use are professional commercial grade deodorizers and high breed enzymes not available in stores. Checkmate has an 11-Step process:
Pre-inspection
High breed enzyme the top of the carpet and back
Replace the pad
Seal the floor
Hot water extracts the back of the carpet
High breed enzyme back of carpet
Re-install carpet according to CRI section 104 & 105
Hot water extract the top of the carpet at 230 degrees
High breed enzyme top of carpet and commercial grade deodorizer
Urine stain remover
Final groom and walk through
INSPECTION SERVICE
Checkmate is IICRC certified at Senior Carpet Inspections
FLOOD SERVICE
Checkmate is IICRC certified in water damage restoration.
Our 15 step process:
Pre-Inspection
Verify utilities are disconnected
Determine the water damage perimeter with sophisticated moisture readers
Extract water with high-tech equipment
Pull back the carpet
Replace pad if necessary
Determine if the water is clear, gray or black
If clear or gray we can usually save carpet. If flood damage is black water suggest carpet replacement
Spray deodorizer for mold
Check in crawl space for large amounts of water or mold
Bring in commercial flood blowers and dehumidifiers
Create a balanced drying system
Re-install carpet
Clean carpet to remove any water stains
Final Inspection
